In your situation you don't need to know what to say you need to know what to do. If she spends a night and is in bed with you it is simple. You need to touch her the right way. When in bed hold her close to you look into her eyes and tell her she is beautiful as you run your finger through her hair. If she is comfortable with your touch continue. Take you fingers and gently move then across her arms, shoulders, and back. If she has not resisted continue to work your way down with your fingers. If her legs are exposed you may even want to even give them a gentle rub of the hand. Now this is where you will know for sure if you can go for it. Typically if a female does not want to have sex she will show some resistance when you start to touch her legs. It is not always a bad thing because it could be that time of month for her so don't panic if she shows resistance.
Depending on what she is wearing you work your way to the more intimate parts of her body. She is very worked up at this point and her breathing should be a little heavier suggesting she wants it now. This is when you move in and kiss her with some passion. At this point it is on! While you are kissing attempt to remove an article of her clothing. If she does not resist, well you know what to do next! This technique has never failed me.

Describe your ideal first date; Where do you go? What do you wear? How does the date end?
We would start off the night going to a movie or bowling, then go out to eat to a fancy restaurant Then we would probably go hang out at the mall, maybe go ice skating , or just hang , just to get to know each other more. I would wear jeans, black sneakers, a nice shirt and my sweet Boston red sox hat. At the end of the date home because I mean it is only the first date unless we kicked it off
