I don't think it is bad, but what happened after you did. Are you still together, and how do you feel about it. That is what it really comes down to. If you feel bad about it then maybe you shouldn't do that again. If you don't and you are happy then it is a different story.

If you want a relationship you should wait. If you just want sex make sure you are protected. Sex for the sake of sex can be fun, but if you think this guy is relationship material then I'd wait.
It really depends on the guy and on what other kind of connection you might have (if any). For instance, if you get along really well as friends, have good conversations, and basically just click, then I don't think it's such a big deal. However, if the attraction is purely sexual, you might not find this going anywhere, and might just end up in a FWB situation. Like I said, it depends on the guy.
