There was this girl at the writing center that I had to work with. I did not find her attractive at all. though, she had a masculine voice, and dressed masculine. every time she leaned closer to me I felt this stronger and stronger need to kiss her. even as I left I wanted to kiss her. and I sometimes am around lesbian girls that dress like guys, but I never get that feeling. can someone explain it to me?
Update: But I don't want to experiment! That's one thing I don't want to do

It just probably means you might like to experiment a little. Nothing to be worried about. Once you get it out of your system, chances are you will be done with it. It happens with a lot of women.
All women are two cocktails from a lesbian encounter, trust me on this one. You want a psychological explanation, this is kinda like Oedipus thing, all babies had to nurse, so its not that big of deal to the women. ". Cutoff a mans leg and he can sometimes feel it tickle, when you see your little girl on the slab, where will it tickle you. " Hannibal Lector M. D.
I wouldn't worry about it. I consider myself very sexual heterosexual and love making love to guys, but I get turned by beautiful women, and I have had light bi-sex with about 5 women in my lifetime. I don't like giving a woman oral sex, but I love it when a woman gives me oral sex, and I love caressing a beautiful woman, and sucking and kissing her breasts, especially if she's a blonde.
Well the fact that her voice is masculine and she dresses masculine too probably makes you more attractive toward you because she obtains such manly aspects about her even though she is a girl. It doesn't mean you like girls its just the fact that she is so masculine that attracts you, you can view as a reassurance of your sexuality, that you like men. Don't worry about it, it happened to me too haha I didn't know she was a girl though she just looked so attractive with boy short hair and her clothes and I wasn't the only one girl either that felt that way toward her, but we noticed later on that she was a girl. =D hope that helps

What pickup lines do you use to start a conversation with someone you are attracted to?
I don't start a conversation totally for the sake of having one. That comes into play, but there's got to be something interesting to say, something valid to comment on, otherwise it's just ridiculous. The point being, if you ask about something you're really interested in, even if you don't make an associate, you may still find out something interesting, so it is time well spent.
How do they typically respond?
They respond pretty well, because I don't use pickup lines, I just ask about what's around me, around them, what sets them apart and what seems prominent about them, or about the environment we are in together.
