Man the girls on here are harsh. Just let him do what he has to do. Why does he have to lose his virginity? Why is that so important to everyone. As a woman, I would be honored to be marrying a man that is still a virgin. If it isn't bothering him, then just let it go. He's not the one asking about it, so just drop it. And Please don't give him a hard time for it. At least he for sure doesn't have any STD's. Sex seems to be taking over everyones mind. If you are in a relationship and you trust each other, and you are ready to move to the next level, then do it. But my advice is to just leave him alone, and look up to him. It seems that this bothers you more than him. Hopefully you understand what I am saying.

Maybe he hasn't found the right girl yet or maybe he's waiting to get married, hail to him there's very few and far between of those.

If he's not doing online dating already, get him started with that so he can meet people he's likely to hit it off with.

I understand your friend, I'm in the same shoes, 24, virgin, good job, good life, I think its because I don't have the qualities girls a looking for, I'm not the social type and I think the biggest problem of all is the fact that I'm easily intimidated by people and specially girls.
what can I do. Noting I believe that is just who I am, there is noting to do other than accepting it and living whit it.

Is your friend an Indian guy? If so then it's no big deal that he's a virgin at 24. Almost all Indian guys are virgins at this age. It's got to do more with it (losing virginity) being a cultural taboo than a matter of personal choice.
