How can I figure it out without experimenting? And I've never been kissed or anything. I find guys attractive, but I think that I'm afraid of them to a degree. And when I'm near girls, I feel this closeness and kind of warmth. I just feel dead to guys because I'm absolutely sure that they're going to just be a jerk to me, and just dump me after they see another chick. So. I dunno, any advice?
Follow your heart. Don't switch to the 'other side' because it might make sense. Be who you are inside. Many of us bury our feeling so deep we forget who we are and become lost. Also, women can be jerks to their partners as much as men can be jerks to their girlfriends. Do what you know is right, for you. Your heart will tell you if something is right or wrong for you.
Ok if EVERYTHING you said was true then your probably are NOT gay if that's what your asking but I mean everyone feels safe and secure when around the same sex maybe you've just had a bad experience when it comes to boys but whatever your decision people will still love ya LOL as long as you don't fantasize about having sex with girls your good I hoped I helped and good luck

Well, I'm kind of where you want to be, in a way, I think. I spent a long time figuring out my sexuality without experimenting, cause I didn't think I should have to consider my partners to be "experiments" in order to figure out where I stand. Think about it like this. Given the chance, would you make out with a guy, sleep with a guy, have an exclusive long-term relationship with a guy, marry a guy? Now think about girls. Given the chance, would you make out with a girl, sleep with a girl, have an exclusive long-term relationship with a girl, get a civil partnership with a girl in a country that allowed it?
I can't give you a hard and fast answer to what the answers to those questions will mean, other than that if you say no to all for one sex, then you're probably straight or lesbian, and if your answers for both guys and girls are roughly the same, you're probably bisexual. And it's okay not to know. I didn't know for a long time. It's just something that you'll eventually just know. You'll find a word that feels right. For me, it's heteroflexible. I mostly crush on guys, but occasionally I'll fall really hard for the right girl. You just have to ask yourself questions and answer them as honestly as you can. Good luck.
