I work at a golf course club house where alcohol is served. For the most part after 9pm it turns into a bar. I often work until closing and it's my job to kick out all the drunks at the end of the night. I'm a short, young woman and I have to be one of the guys to keep them from walking all over me. Unfortunately they only guys I meet are from there. They all want to date me but when we go out they treat me like one of the guys. I want to be treated like a woman when I'm in a relationship. Is there anyway to be feminine but not let them walk all over me at work?
