Help out on things, Talk to her about myself as much as asking about herself, be friendly and nice, make her laugh(really important in my opinion) and things that not normally a guy friend would do(flirt, ask her out for dinner etc). If the girl still don't get what the guy's doing then either tell her how you feel or from a friend to her friend.
Just hang out with her and start to flirt with her and like touch her more like play with her hair if she doesn't notice it or tells you to stop she obviously isn't interested!

Describe your ideal first date; Where do you go? What do you wear? How does the date end?
I would take her to a nice but quiet restaurant so that I could have a chance to really talk to her. Then I would probably take her somewhere for a drink - a place that has music and maybe dancing.
Afterwards..what will your date know about you?
I would hope to know a lot about her and for her to know that I am interested in her.
