I take a shower everyday and scrub my back as best as I can. Right now I am using the new Axe body wash. It makes my skin feel smoother, but I know its not for acne. What can I do to get rid of it? I am embarrassed to take of my shirt cause of it.
Ive had this problem too. And it bugs me because during the summer all of my friends want to go to the pool and I get so self conscious in my bikinis. Try something like a rub. I wouldn't suggest proactive because they aren't really the best, I've known a lot of people that use that and it doesn't work all that well.
I had some too, They just came out of now were on my back and all the way to where my elbows on my arms where. I was embarrassed to take off my shirt and I would wear a jacket all the time to cover it up. This is what I started to do.
When I'm about to get out of the shower, I change the temperature of the water from hot to cold and let it drip all over my body. I DID THIS FOR A WHILE AND IT HELPED A LITTLE, BUT I GOT ANNOYED OF IT.
Now after I workout at the gym, I take off my shirt and let the sun shine on my body. After a couple of days, the size of my acne or zits started to decrease and eventually disappear.
I have non on my arms anymore, but I just have a little on my back. There not big or red, thee just there.
SO just lay out in the sun for 15-30 min each day. If your skin is light use sunscreen first. The sun will burn off those zits right off.
According to dermatological literature, sun exposure doesn't actually prevent acne. It can help dry out the acne a little, and a tan makes the acne less noticeable, but it isn't a solution to make the source of the acne go away. Or so I hear. - 6 months ago

I guess your solution is to use some type of cream, but If I were you, wouldn't use them. You decide what you want to do, gl. - 6 months ago

I agree with what soxfan said, however you could also try using some face wash on your back not sure how well it would work but it might be worth a shot.
Try using a benzoyl peroxide based wash. There are 5% and 10% washes. I use a 10% called PanOxy or PanOxyl or something like that. Other than that, you'd have to see a dermatologist if that doesn't clear things up. Just remember that when you're using any benzoyl peroxide based product it will bleach any fabrics which it comes into contact with (like a towel you use to dry your face), and it causes sensitivity to sunlight, so careful about burning.
