How to clear up acne on the back?

I had some too, They just came out of now were on my back and all the way to where my elbows on my arms where. I was embarrassed to take off my shirt and I would wear a jacket all the time to cover it up. This is what I started to do.

When I'm about to get out of the shower, I change the temperature of the water from hot to cold and let it drip all over my body. I DID THIS FOR A WHILE AND IT HELPED A LITTLE, BUT I GOT ANNOYED OF IT.

Now after I workout at the gym, I take off my shirt and let the sun shine on my body. After a couple of days, the size of my acne or zits started to decrease and eventually disappear.

I have non on my arms anymore, but I just have a little on my back. There not big or red, thee just there.

SO just lay out in the sun for 15-30 min each day. If your skin is light use sunscreen first. The sun will burn off those zits right off.

Try using a benzoyl peroxide based wash. There are 5% and 10% washes. I use a 10% called PanOxy or PanOxyl or something like that. Other than that, you'd have to see a dermatologist if that doesn't clear things up.

Just remember that when you're using any benzoyl peroxide based product it will bleach any fabrics which it comes into contact with (like a towel you use to dry your face), and it causes sensitivity to sunlight, so careful about burning.
