Dude, you aren't bad looking at all! Just grow your hair out a tad, but don't go crazy, just a little bit! I know guys who have like super long hair and it looks so ugly; just grow it out a little bit. Don't hide behind those sunglasses either!

Go to your local book store and pick up a GQ magazine. In their you will see sharp dressed model like men. I don't look like a model, but I do my best to mimic what I see even if it is with less expensive clothing. You will look more mature then most fellas your age and I guarantee you will turn some heads. I used to ask the girls at clothing stores to help as well. Just let them know you want there opinion.
