2.5 yrs is a long wait! Does he like me?

I've like a guy in coll since 2.5yrs. In the beginning I'd be the one trying 2 make eye contact. About 2 months later he started responding. He too makes eye contact. But there are days when I get good vibes from him. And there are days when he doesn't even look at me. I've seen him smile at me. He'll smile and look down. Some days he over animated. He's not in my class. Just seen him around in the campus. His friends keep looking at me. I have no idea as to what's on his mind. 2.5yrs is a long time. Could you plz.?
