Almost all guys ejaculate in sex. It's only in rare cases, such as with impotence or retarded ejaculation, that he won't. As I doubt your boyfriend is like that, make sure he has a condom.
As to the 'sliding in easier' comment, slap him upside the head. That's bull, and he knows it. All the condom will do is dull his senses a bit. That will likely be a good thing, as it makes sex last longer, and puts a bigger smile on your face.
