Well I like this girl a lot and have opened up to her even though I don't know her well. Should I still hold the door for her and open the car door even though where just friends because that might be leading her on and I don't want to do that until I get to know her help!
There is nothing wrong what so ever about opening up a car door for this girl or any other girl for that matter. If you are worried about leading her on, open a door for an elderly person to show her that is just the way you are. Better then that though, try talking about the subject and that way you can just tell her how you feel. Communication is very important in a relationship. Even if you two just stay friends.
Holding doors open only shows that you are a gentlemen. Those actions are not enough to "lead" someone on. It's gesture that shows you are a considerate person. It's nice to be considerate to girlfriends and friends alike.

Of course you should open car doors for her and hold the door for her because you are just showing that you are a gentleman. Keep talking to her and get to know her more.
Opening and holding doors for her isn't going to signal that you are interested in her. She most likely will think you are just a gentleman, even if you are just friends. You would have to really show more signs that you are interested; I wouldn't worry about a few doors. I am sure she really appreciates it too, we don't get that too often! Its always a nice thing.

I do not use pickup lines. I try to get to know the person I am talking to, let them speak and try and settle down by being chilled and telling humorous anecdotes. I also try and make best if the situation that I am in as well.
