You are treating her way too well and spoiling her and getting nothing in return. I say definitely withhold sex from her and just make her come to you. Unfortunately this also is a punishment to you. So you should make her give you lots of blow jobs :) She seems like a bitch. No offense.
Try taking a class together. Tantra or sacred sexuality classes teach using sex to connect with each other. They are fun and can be used to build the energy between you.
I would never hold out to punish. I tried that once a long time ago. That is manipulation and doesn't work, but you can talk to her and tell her that your needs aren't being met and explore together what might work for you.
