Ok I want to get my tattoo covered but it's black and I'm just wondering can you cover black ink with colored ink?

It depends on your skin, some hold and some don't if you plan to do cover up, keep it black.

Answerer I don't know how much, but its is painful, BTW those so call cream is useless. Try to live with it

Depends on your skin, the artist, the tattoo, and the new one you want. Perhaps your old one can be incorporated into something new and completely different. That would probably be your best bet. If you cover it, keep in mind, there will be evidence of the previous tatt.
