Girls tend to unknowingly go after the same types of guy. they build up all these things for what they look for in the perfect guy but why do they go after the same assholes? its what they're use to & can't help it/don't even realize it. it's like an unbreakable habit & they don't even know its happening. so pretty much they go after the same assholes because that's what they've always been use to & don't know different.
I agree with the above answer but also nice guys are well nice. They tend not to be as aggressive in pursuing girls as the "ass holes". Women usually see the nice guys as friends a lot of the time because they don't know the guy is interested because he is careful not to do anything to upset or hurt her because he is a NICE GUY and actually cares.
If the guy has made it CLEAR, like coming out and saying I like you, I want to date you and be more than friends, that he likes her and the woman still isn't interested, either the woman 1) is not really interested in nice guy because she isn't ready for a mature relationship and just wants excitement 2) doesn't want to ruin a great relationship she has with a nice guy (nice guys, truly nice guys are rare to find even in friendship) 3) she might just *not* be interested in that guy, whether or not he is a nice guy.
It is also hard because women don't want to get burned. There are a lot of guys out there that claim to be nice, but are in fact not, and also I think that some women have an idealized (fairytale) vision of what they think nice guys are. They aren't necessarily what guys think are "nice guys", they are usually a combination of a nice guy but the excitement and a tiny bit of bad boy that the "ass holes" seem to possess.

I know what you mean. Its like...its hard to find a nice guy that isn't a weirdo these days. Usually there's nothing but jerks and its kinda rare to find a nice guy who is normal. You just have to wait for the right girl which will be a *NICE GIRL* that will find you. :)

Girls go for assholes because they don't care about them, this is what a nice guy does, buys her all kind of gifts to try and attract her, girls don't want that, they could care less unless of course there gold diggers. A nice guy puts up with their little mind games and crap like that, he does everything to please her, and ends up getting walked all over by her. An asshole doesn't put up with her crap, once she pulls that he will flat out tell her he's not putting up with that, they don't buy them gifts and they don't let them walk all over her. An asshole will sleep with her best friend just because he can. Assholes are usually bad boys and players so they don't have a problem getting women, which then attracts women to him. Assholes ignore women that like them and what does this do makes the woman go hey why doesn't he like me he keeps ignoring me, which makes them want him even more. If you learn the tricks of this game you will succeed with women, and yes you can do this without being an asshole, but just stop being so nice, your a man be a man when she starts messing with you tell her to stop. It's very simple and it works.

On a first date we go and grab a coffee in a shop and talk about stuff we like, and then based upon mutual interests plan an outing then and there. Clothing should be normal, plain enough for every day to set a standard of how things are. Plus, whatever you go out and do, you should be willing to do it in those clothes, so suede isn't the best if you say you're going to the zoo.
Afterwards..what will your date know about you?
