Ok, so this guy seems to be trying to get my attention most of the time. He looks at me during class, he runs into me, he'll rush on his test to meet me handing it in, but he talks very little. I can't tell if he's flirting or if it's just a coincidence. When he does talk, he tries to be funny, but seems a little nervous. If he likes me, I will totally like him back because he has the most amazing voice, amazing hair, amazing eyes, and he's really sweet, but funny. He's perfect for me.
I can't tell if I should keep letting him run into me everywhere or I should ask him out, or if I should flirt with him like he does me. There's a 99% chance he likes me, but until that happens, I don't want to look like an idiot flirting with him, if he doesn't like me back. Should I flirt with him? Does it sound like he likes me enough?
Well you can always do the direct approach. Just make the move. You don't really have to flirt with him (just be yourself & be cool)... & if you really feel brazen give him your email of phone #. He may be just shy. I remember what it was like when I was in High School. I have C.P., & that makes me walk with a limp... & when I was younger... not that I had issues about it... but I was aware of it. Especially with women.
My greatest fear wasn't rejection... but rather being afraid that they wouldn't be able to see me as a person. Maybe a little different... but he maybe seeing you in the same way. Especially if he sees you as a goddess! LOL Giving him your email or # can level the playing field. He may not see you as being the same as him, & might not know how to go at it. That & also take it for what it is worth... not what you want it to be. I like to do the "friends" approach with women, but I've met a # of people that just want to jump into a relationship. Don't take it for more than what it is worth... & just see what happens!
Girl you know, I know, even he knows that he likes you. If he didn't like you, he wouldn't even do all those things that you just said. You should keep talking to him and get to know him better...after that if you like him a lot then, yeah, go for it and ask him out. Tell him how you feel and what you like about him and that you are looking for a serious relationship.
What pickup lines do you use to start a conversation with someone you are attracted to?
I think on my feet a lot and say what fits the time. A good way to start might be "Hey what's up? How are you doing?" I try and keep it on my side of the 50 yd line so I can attack and play offense a little more.
How do they typically respond?
Depends on the girl... Some think it's fine and others think I should be shot for it lmao but it just depends on the girl and what kind of personality they are into.
