So the guy I like just gave me a practically new camera. He said he was gonna sell it because he upgraded to another fancier digital camera and instead asked if I wanted it. I was confused and he said the camera can be my Christmas present. I thanked him and when I said I felt bad cause I didn't give him anything and he said it's fine,because he'll be in china. (just for the holiday).
Two of my friends told me what they got me and I later got them something in return, but I've known them for like 2 years. I just started getting to know him like end of last month and just met him in September. Anyway, I'm just wondering if I should still get him something or just listen to him and not? Is it right or does it seem, I don't know, too obvious that I like him if I do?
You should buy him something simple. That undermines the importance of what you have got for him, but shows that you were thoughtful and got it at the least. I think he'd rather you got him something so that he would know you care about him too.
I think that this is the perfect chance to show him what kind of person you are get him something that would remind you of something you guys both laugh at one day. He will see you remembered and it was thoughtful. This could start something for you guys just give it a try whats the worst that could happen.
