I am a 30 woman. My boyfriend is perfect in every way except I can't turn him on. We have to have sex when he wants to. When we do engage it is only for a few seconds, he apologizes and promises it will be better next time. We have been together for 4 years, and in the beginning (first year it was amazing). What gives? I have made subtle suggestions but he is not into anything. I am getting so frustrated. Any advice?

Well, it's time for drastic measures . You need to put your foot down and let him know this isn't working, and let him know that you have to assume that either he isn't attracted to you or that he has a problem getting hard .

By then you'll have his attention, and if he cares at all, he will do what he can with you to get this thing turned around . He has to know that it isn't fair for you .

Red flag! :) Are you sure he is not a closet gay dude? I have heard of cases like this before where at first the guy is a stud, then he just becomes horrible at it, and well, turned out the men were gay...of course, the other reason could be that he has another woman on the side...

That sounds weird honey. Maybe he is losing his ability to maintain an erection and is embarrassed to tell you and feels like he is not the man he needs to be to please you. communication is the key. If you are loving about it, ask him what is going on. Tell him you really want to know and care about him. See if that helps.

I don't think it's you. I think it's him. Maybe he has issues of becoming aroused in general. Don't get down on yourself because you are dating a minute man. We have all had those. If you want him to get aroused watch a porno first or start with a blow job. I don't think it's you.

Spice things up. Try something different. Dress sexier, give him a nice back message, cook him a great dinner. You just have to upgrade your sex life and your look if you want to improve the sex. Plan a surprise get away for you two to go off somewhere anywhere. When he comes home from work, have candles lit and romantic music playing and be lying on the bed or couch with nothing on but one of his work ties or cover yourself with rose petals and seduce him. Be spontaneous basically. Role play next time. Dress up like a sexy nurse. You must do this because he is starting to get bored with your sex life after being together so long. This is normal because things change and we have to keep things new an exciting as we go along in life. So, make sure you always look good around him, your hair done. Never look raggedy around him even if your a home. Just look nice. Good luck!

What pickup lines do you use to start a conversation with someone you are attracted to?
I don't use "pickup lines" on girls I am attracted to. If I am attracted to her, I try to approach her in a way that is engaging, such as commenting on something related to the current situation. At other times, a simple hi and a smile are my weapon of choice.

How do they typically respond?
Girls mostly respond in a positive way, but there are always the shy or uninterested girls that don't allow me to get past a simple hi.

Do I have the right approach?
