How should I dress for my boyfriend's birthday?

It doesn't matter what you look like or wear. Just make him the happiest he can be for his birthday and he'll love you for it.

I'd go with option #1. Remember, it's his birthday, so you don't want to attract unnecessary attention while you're out. Once you get back home you can really surprise him.

Unless he likes to show you off, dressing sexy while going to a club is asking for trouble. Guys don't like other guys looking at their woman with lustful eyes, nor do they like it when their girl flirts. If this isn't your usual style, then I see no reason to change it.

Not only are you possibly going to cause a bad evening with arguments instead of fun, but you are also changing yourself for a guy that likes you as you are. I say go with number one.

Wear whatever makes you feel beautiful! But know that, for most guys, the more feminine a girl looks, the better. If it were me, I'd wear a skirt or a dress, not pants.

Awww, you're sweet. Seeing as how you don't like dressing up, I would dress casual/more on the nice side (depending on the restaurant) because that's just you. But definitely wear something sexy underneath....just don't give your bf the slightest clue that you've got something special underneath. He'll be very....shall we call is "surprised" later. If ya know what I mean haha. Have fun!

I would go with a combination. You want to feel comfortable so you are more confident, but you want to spice things up a tad. I'd go comfortably sexy with sexy underneath ;)
