Guys, please explain to me in terms...what do you talk to them about? What do you say to them and how to act around them? I've got no clue on what to say to this guy I like so badly. Please help!
Well if he is outgoing and nice, then he will end up doing most of the work. Just listen to him and if you can't think of anything to say, ask questions about what he has said, to show you are interested. To initiate things, just introduce yourself to him, say that you have seen him around, but he has always been busy talking to others (or whatever you can think of), he'll probably just start being his outgoing self after that, and you're in there!
I'm a very outgoing guy and what i'd want out of the girl is to be just as outgoing as I am (ideally).
Just like any other person whether it's artistic, athletic or laid back, people would like (at least early on) find similar traits that sync with their own.
So what do you? Just be as adventurous as he is, if that's not you... you can at least let him know you're open to try new things.
Besides, how do you know you like him if you haven't spoken to him further than the "hellos and how are yous'? You are instead "interested."
He already knows that I like him and he likes me.. but the problem is every time we talk.. I have no idea on what to say to him.. I mean I ask him questions of my own and stuff.. and he continues speaking to me when there's a 5 minute pause - 5 months ago

What pickup lines do you use to start a conversation with someone you are attracted to?
Well normally I don't usually make the first move only if I'm brave enough to. I can be pretty shy when it comes to that. I would never use pick-up lines. They never work. I would just do a normal "Hey, how are you? My name is ______ ______. What's yours?"
How do they typically respond?
They usually just smile and respond to the question. I like girls when they smile, it leaves a picture in my mind and it remembers me of them better.
