Well my new girlfriend has many male admirers. She doesn't notice it but she keeps telling me stuff about all these guys that are in her life. She says she tells me because she doesn't want any lies between us and wants everything out in the open, which I actually think is really nice.
BUT it just seems as if there's so many stories of all these different guys. For instance, there's a guy at work who flirts with her all the time, I think he knows about me so he's stopped maybe. Also there's a handful of other guys who text her and call her all the time, guys who she has told me have a thing for her. Don't get me wrong she's a nice girl and I really trust her and were in love. Its just she keeps telling me about all these guys who call her, text her and she says she's feels bad if she's rude to them. She ignores a lot the texts and calls but still id prefer it if she didn't get them at all.
I would just like it if everyone knows were together and hence these men would stop harassing her. Like I said I do trust her, its just annoying I guess. For example, yesterday she told me of this guy she really used to like once, and he really liked her too, however he had a girlfriend but told her that they would have been good together. Then she tells me that this guy still texts her crazy stuff and often asks her wen they'll meet again. I appreciate she's honest with me but I just can't help but feel annoyed that this guy thinks he can just text her such things. Then again maybe wen he finds out about me he will stop, as we are a new couple.
She also still speaks to her exes which I don't mind tbh. Like I said tho, we are very much in love and are completely perfect for one another and love being around each other. That's the only thing that annoys me tho, any advice? It's likely I'm looking too much into it, should I just chill out?
I think that the fact she is telling you all this means that you do not have to worry. If she was going to play around she wouldn't tell you. She may also like to tell you because she thinks it makes her seem more desirable to you if you know other guys are interested.
Well I think she is trying to keep her name clear in the air so if by chance you hear something that she won't have to explain I have to same problem as her and it annoys my boyfriend as well bit I do it so he is totally caught up on the 411 don't take is seriously you two love each other and just take it a day at a time and remind her everyday that you love her I think she is just trying to let you in and be caught up and that she is also adding little "I'm still wanted"touch to your relationship see us girls hate when guys get to confident and secure so then we talk about guys who likes us so you will realize that your lucky but don't fret it will all be ok and good luck
She should tell them that she is taken, but you shouldn't be overly controlling. My boyfriend made me get rid of all of my guy friends. Even though he still talks to his female friends daily.
It seems like you are totally into this girl which is great and all but she doesn't seem that in to you. Even if you don't mind the exes and guy friends she should you some respect. You shouldn't have to wait for her to tell them that she has a man that should be the first thing out of her mouth. Be proud of her man. And she doesn't want to be rude to guys flirting with her excuse me she is your woman and should only worry about you. Call me old fashion
Difficult situation because I have had the same happen, but it really comes down on how the girl decides to deal with the situation. I learned that those girls that respect you and appreciate you, will make it a point to advertise it that is not cool to be flirting with her. Those that are a bit more hmm. How should I say, weak minded, like the attention, and thus they can't really get themselves to stand up for their boyfriends. My question is---how do these guys get her phone number? And if they are calling her mobile, she can simply just refuse to answer the phone or not reply back? Maybe she is too nice to do that, but if that's the case then, then she should be nice to you, and somehow find a way to let these guys know that out of respect for you, she would prefer for them not to flirt with her.
