How do you know when a man truly loves you?

Well he seems to be sticking with your through all the hard times...
Maybe he feels your the one that can stick it out.
You know there is no marriage, that has no arguments.

I would say, since he's showing you his loyalty to you, maybe its time to show some in return.
I know your still with him, but he obviously feels like that there is more to you 2 then what you have going on now.

Marriage is a major committment, that he's trying to share with you.
I hear women complain all the time about how men are afraid of commitment.
You have a man trying to commit, and your questioning it because you've argued in the past.

Let me tell you something about a lot of men.
As men, with guy friends, we argue often among ourselves.
So a argument to us, isn't as dramatic as it is to you females.

Plus he may feel your relationship is more than just arguments.
You may have one of the best friendship relationships in the world.
They say you should marry a person you love to talk to.

You'll know it for sure if you gamble, accept and date him and wait a number of years.
Earlier you'll only hope or suspect it.

If he sticks around when you show him that even though you love him, you stop being physical and affectionate or even break up because you want to step back and be sure of what you are feeling is right or that you are making the right decision. If he goes: "I don't get this stuffs! I am outta here!" Then might as well.

It's hard to tell as we know nothing about him personally or the way he acts. I would say if he sticks around for a LONG time, then he probably truly does love you. My best friend's ex dumped her in March, and is still trying to get her back to this day but she's had enough. But he hasn't given up, which proves to her and she admits it, that he does still love her. There are things that happened with them that makes her not want to go through it again, which is why she won't take him back. But it's obvious he is still very much in love with her.

God only knows. Men are very weird creatures! I love to know what they were thinking half the time. Maybe he's holding on to you until someone else comes along! Did he break up with you?
