Definitely tell your parents! I know it can be tough to find the right way, but it's much easier to spend time with your guy when your parents are okay with it. Here's what I would do:
First of all, don't feel as though you have to tell them that the two of you are already dating. They will feel more comfortable about the relationship if they don't think you ever hid it from them. If they know you've been dating for a while, they'll be suspicious as to why you felt like you had to hide it from them. Then, the next time you guys hang out, mention him to your parents, and tell them a little about him if they ask, but don't say he's your boyfriend. When you get back home and they ask you about what happened, you can tell them that things went well, and that you guys are dating, or he's your boyfriend, or whatever. If you guys aren't hanging out any time soon, you can act like it happened at school, or church, or wherever you see him. I did this with my last boyfriend, because I was unsure of how to tell my parents too, and it worked well. Good luck!
