Is there such a thing as love at first sight?

Well, it happened to me. It wasn't a lustful thought/feeling. It felt more like someone or something were pushing me from behind to meet this guy. We've been close ever since. The sexual attraction has gotten stronger over time but only AFTER I learned more about him.

The whole situation is weird. It was definitely serendipity. We are so much alike, it's scary.

So, yes: I do NOW believe in love at first sight. It's very rare. I also agree that most instances are lust at first sight. You must not read into a relationship that which is NOT actually there.

I don't think there is love at first sight because I do agree with you in order to love someone I believe you got to know them and really like them and all that it I don't think its something that you'll feel in a snap but something that happens over time its not like the movies if it was WOW! It would be a perfect world wouldnt it? I had this conversation with my friend last time and we came down to calling "love at first sight" basically lust but that's just me I liked this question good job
