You are very unclear on the way he treats you , you say that you think he is embarrassed by you , what makes you feel this way , he doesn't like to take you out with his friends or he only wants to see you when he has nothing better to do? A real serious relationship Includes Daily phone calls , seeing each other at least 2 times a week if both are working or full time students. Listening to each other when needs be and when one is going through hard times , do you share any information about your private lives to each other if so then this is a relationship where both parties care about each other ,being pretty has nothing to do with it , if he is seeing you then to him , you are pretty.
