If you do try to get his twin brother I think your predicament either to date the twin or not would come to the following scenarios:
1) The other twin would become jealous and try to get you back. 2) The other twin would be angered that his brother is dating his ex-girlfriend, but some guys still tend to dislike the guys that their ex decides to date. 3) The guy you used to date couldn't care less and still ignore/ not miss you anymore.
Depends on if your agenda is really to try to get him back or not.
