I've been the 'best friend' in this situation. My friend was going out with this total loser, he was racist towards me and a dick every time I spoke to him. Your best friend could just feel jealous that your spending all your time with your boyfriend or she could genuinely think that your boyfriend isn't right for you. You should talk to her about it and see if she has any real reasons not to like him. I turned out to be right about her boyfriend, he cheated on her loads.
