Recently I said yes to this guy that I met over vacation to my home town but before we went out he would call me at least once a day and we would talk for hours but since I said yes he hasn't called me that much. We have only talked 3 times in the past 2 weeks and only for about 20 minutes each time. WHAT IS GOING ON?!?!?!?

Yeah, this guy's right. Makes sense that if he doesn't call you for that long. But maybe something's up. Give him a chance. Ask him why if you have to.
Did you say yes to date, or to have sex? If it's sex, then obviously he got you to like him, had sex with you, and is now just keeping in touch so he can get it again if he wants. If it's dating, well then he doesn't give a shit about you.
Not normal at all. When a man is interested he will call and he will make time for you. That's one thing about men. They don't waste their time with things that they can't see a "profit" from. If he saw that he could profit something from him getting to know you he would definitely invest his time.
