I have been friends with benefits with this guy for 2 years now. He said awhile back that he had fallin for me whatever that means. Then we dated & he broke up with me in January. We didn't hang out for a month but still talked occasionally. Then we got together again as friends & still sleeping together & hanging out. I have feelings for him. He said he is emotionally attached. He thought he would be after the first time we had sex. We didn't sleep together for 6 months into our friendship. But he tells me to sleep with other guys. He isn't sure if it will bother him if I do or not. But he said he isn't interested in sleeping with other women. I can't get myself to sleep with other guys feels like I'm cheating. Why won't he sleep with other women if he wants me to? I have never felt this way about someone before & its scary. He said it scared him to. We both feel empty when were not around each other sometimes. He told me its not the same when I'm not there. its been awhile since he has had a relationship. I'm just not sure what to do. Do I tell him how I feel? Do we both really like/love each other? I'm just confused about the whole situation. So please help! Thanks!
Be careful. I had someone in my life like this, and although he said he didn't want someone else, he found someone else anyway. All it takes is for a woman to be new and exciting and they will go down that road instead. I would hate for you to feel betrayed and lied to, which is exactly how I feel right now.
It sounds like you have something for eachother. He wants to give you freedom so you won't be tied down, but at the same tiem he really likes you so he doesn't want to see other women just like you can't bring yourself to sleep with other men. I think you two should sit down and discuss where you are going with your relationship. You can't be friends with benefits forever. You are just stringing each other along right now, you need to know what your future hold with him. If he doesn't see it going anywhere, you need to find a guy that you can have a future with.
