It is because they are younger. With age comes loss of labido, deteriorating health, wrinkled/worn skin and many other things that I am sure you are already aware of.
If the age range is like 10+ years, its because they want to feel younger, needed, and in control. But sometime things just happen that way too. Not everything has an answer.
