I've been dating this guy for a couple months and when we are by ourselves he's amazing and I love him so much because he makes me so happy but when we are in front of people he acts like I'm just another person and completely different than when we are alone. I asked him if he was ashamed to be with me but he says he's not and he loves me but I don't know what to think or do.
I am kind of like that, I am not a PDA kinda person, but when we are alone, or small group of people it a lot different, he could be shy, because that is why I don't like PDA I am just shy.
If it's a new relationship, maybe he's just getting used to the idea of having a girl friend, or maybe he isn't a touchy, feely PDA type of person and you take it personally.
If he really is flat out ignoring you I'm a strong believer in actions speak louder than words. It may be time to re-evaluate the relationship and decide what direction you see this going. If his behavior never changes or improves it may be time to go your separate ways. Good luck.
