First off there's is no perfect make out session or making out... it just comes naturally... you have to go with the flow... that's all! you might be nervous at first but then once you make out you like it and want to do it more...

Well, it starts out kissing, then french kissing, and kissing passionately. Then it moves on to kissing on a couch with your bodies touching and basically touching each other without taking your clothes off. That would be considered "making out" Try it in different places or in different rooms, to create more excitement and alternate who is on top and bottom.
