I like this one girl that is kind of my friend and that has broke up with her boyfriend a while ago. I asked her out indirectly one time and she said she can't for some unknown reason. Whenever we are together, she keeps giving me hints that she likes me and that I should not give up on a girl especially after she has ended a serious relationship. Lately, every time I call her and want to talk to her, she tries to end the conversation by saying I have to go bye. The next day, she smiling at me and looking at me and I can just feel that she is into me. But again, I ask her out she says no, I call her she says I have to go bye. Does she hate me or does she like me and want me to " chase " her?
She's scared and hurt. Even if a girl dumps her boyfriend, it's still a very emotional time. Be patient, but don't let her walk all over you. Keep it casual, but still drop occasional hints, that way she knows how you feel. Try doing group things, or offer to pick up ice cream or something. Girls love being treated special, but don't make it over the top. You don't want to scare her off.
If she values your friendship she'll come clean and eventually come around to dating. But get her some time.
Well, girls are really confusing and can make boys confused. The other way around also. But that's not the point. Anyways, it seems to me that she likes you. The reason thought that she hangs up really quick is probably because she is nervous. She does not want to make the conversation boring so you don't think she is boring.
