If you get along with a guy's mother, does that motivate him to want to continue a relation with you?

If his mother is a big part of his life, I'd say yes. If he sees her once or twice a year, I wouldn't think he would give it much thought.

No. I based my relations on how I get along with the girl, not the mom. I can get along with any mom, and even if they don't get along with me, that doesn't impact how I like the girl; now, if the mom gets on the way, and the girl is affected by that, then that's a different story.

I must admit, I do take a look at moms because most likely the girl will end up like her mom when she is older! :D

The answer is yes I have a good friendship with my man's mom she trust me she tells me a lot about her she ask me for advice etc..the point is that if you get along with the mother your man will want to continue being with you.

First impression. It does make him find it easier to be with you because he doesn't need to fight with his mother or family for that matter. This does not mean that if he loves you but his mother doesn't, he'll dump.
