When a FWB gives an ultimatum like, "If we don't. I guess I'm gonna go" How should I react? Specifically he is asking for anal sex. We had it before just so "he could try it" but I was reluctant in the first place (i knew I already didn't like it from previous experience) NOW he asks for it every time I see him and I say no, no, no, and no. He keeps persisting. I think it hurts. When I say no sometimes he gives me the ultimatum and so far I've said "fine leave", and HE DOES leave. What do I do, I don't want to lose him as my FWB.
Yeah, just dump him and move on to someone that really respects you and your feelings. You may want to rethink the whole FWB concept for a relationship. I'm not sure that it really works in the long run.
I agree with you that I'm not into the whole anal sex thing, I would give him boundaries and if he still gets an attitude he's not worth even FWB status. You can find someone who will respect you you just have to do a little searching.
He sounds selfish to me and I'd let him walk. Even a FWB good guy wouldn't want you to do something that doesn't feel good or causes pain.
Seriously, another option is to compromise and get an anal sex toy (i. E. The vibrating beads or bullet). Those are smaller and don't hurt (you also don't slide them in and out, they stay put) and when you're having regular sex he can feel it inside your vaginal wall and is an extra turn-on. Draw the line and stay clear of anal sex. It can hurt and even tear your lining walls so protect your body instead of giving in to his demands. He sounds like a bit of an ass himself!
If he's not willing to respect you and your wishes not to try it again, then he's not even worth keeping around! Find someone who will respect you and not try to manipulate you into giving in to what he wants.
