What sleeping positions do you enjoy as a couple?

I really enjoy sleeping in a hugging position, with me and my girlfriend facing each other. I’d actually feel pretty lonely if we were sleeping in the same bed but not hugging or spooning (which is funny, because I don’t feel lonely sleeping alone, LOL). I like it because she feels warm and I like her smell and I like the feeling that I'm protecting her or that we're in our own little world together.

What sleeping positions do you enjoy with your significant other? And why?

I like cuddling before going to sleep, but while trying to sleep I do need my own space - if at all possible I'd like a separate duvet but some girls seem to find that stupid/weird.. If it means I'll be able to sleep better why should they care! I'll always be on my side, facing away from her, and if at all possible, be close to a wall (my bed is up against the wall on both the head end and the side, so I sleep next to the wall, facing the wall, it's something I've always done, for some reason).

Also, as you say, I don't feel lonely when sleeping alone, but I feel really lonely when there's other people asleep in the same room, cuddling wouldn't change that, cause she might as well be comatose if she's asleep.

PS: I hate going to sleep. :(

honestly I like wear he’s laying on his back and i’m on my side . With my head on his chest and my leg on top of one of his and his arm around me .But he has this thing wear he likes to pull my leg so far up that it’s over his d*** and kind of on his stomach. I don't know why . I like to sleep on my side so spooning it OK but not somthing I need. I’m good with just sleeping next to him with my head on the pillow but out bodies kinda touching. Oh and when he’s drunk I don't know why but he makes me sleep litterly on top of him. Not sure why but he just loves me to be on top sleeping with his arms holding me tight to him. SOmetimes it’s not too comfy cause his muscles are hard all over his body cause he’s into boxing so it sometimes hurts my boobs lol.

Lets see... IM getting jealous here, all these people spooning. I can only hug and kiss and be playful til, I need to shut my eyes. Then I sleep like a mummy. I can't have any part touching my boyfriend. Oh and the worst is when I'm being awaken by his snoring and smelling bad breath. My God, you guys must be young and really sleep soundly, lol!,do young guys snore?    I tell my boyfriend that I need him to bring his really good head phones, and I put them on, plus ear plugs, and if I snore and he tries to wake me, that he's dead, or he has to make his own provisions. And he can't touch me. Boy I'm jealous!

hmm I've only done him on his back with me on top on my stomach. him on his back me on my side my head on his chest and both of us facing each other with one arm around each other. and of course not touching at all. I like laying on top most, because its close but we still have our own spce. were not tangled up.  face to face is very intimate and I like only  in special circumstances do I like that. like if someone almost died. and my head on his chest is nice to chill but not for sleeping, because my arm falls asleep.

I like the spooning position, but me being spooned only lol. My boyfriend hates it because he says my hair gets in his face and he can't breathe but I just blame it on selfishness haha. Girls need to feel like they are being protected, and I'm not saying I need protecting or there is a high number of murderers in my area but I don't know you feel so safe when you're being spooned... Or am I just weird?

I haven't slept in the same bed yet... I like my knees tucked to my chest, or bent in front of me. I think spooning would awkward...

I'm not sure what we'll do, unless he doesn't mind my leg on top of his stomach... I guess we'd sleep further apart, but maybe we could hold hands or something? Has anyone ever tried this?

I like hugging facing each other too. it feels like he's more attentive to me.

and while that position, I can just move my head up little and kiss his lips or chin, chick rightaway easily lol

my boyfriend likes hugging my back, we both lay sideways facing same direction and him hugging me from back. and he likes to tangle his legs and my legs lol

For me I love sleeping on my stomach so I'll sleep on my stomach with one arm under my pillow with one leg straight and the other bent towards my chest. It's the perfect position for him to put his leg in between mine. Or if he lays on his side he can put his leg in between mine and his arm around me. It's so comfy. Not to mention nobody is breathing on each other lol!

It's also a great position for morning sex, just sayin' ;)

(1) spooning is nice on a cold day

(2) laying next to each other with my hand on his balls and his hand on my rear is nice -- allows for random sleepy petting throughout the night

(3) that sort of pretzel position where our legs are a crisscrossed tangle; whether we're hugging or just holding hands, the connection at the legs is just comfortable.

I love my back towards him with his arms wrapped around me , it makes me feel as if I'm being protected and plus I don't want to be breathing in his face when I wake up or vise versa. I also like laying on his chest , with one hand on his abs and again his arm around me, sometimes I throw my leg over, but I just go for whatever is comfortable.

When I sleep with my boyfriend I am always on my stomach facing away from him and he is on his side with one arm on my back. Works for us because I can't sleep if I'm not on my stomach and he can't sleep if he's not on his side.

I honestly like that security feeling when we're all snuggled up next to each other (hugging, my head on his shoulder, ect.) but I CANNOT fall asleep that way! I wish I could cause I love it! I will lay there forever cause I love that feeling so much, but when enough is enough, I roll over ( make sure at least one body part is touching another, lol) and fall asleep.
