By my definition, anything between two or more people that involves intentionally stimulating the genitals of either person is sex. God, that sounded clinical, but you get my point. After all, if you only consider the act of vaginal penetration to be sex, then by definition same-sex couples couldn't have sex! There are different levels of sex, like, for example, how seriously I would take a hand job versus vaginal sex, but it's all sex.

Yes I think it's sex, because it involves sexual contact.. Although certain guys who want to cheat will try to use oral as an excuse to get gratification from other girls, and then say that they didn't really cheat .
