My girlfriend has her hood and both outer lips pierced. It was really fun to start with, but honestly started chafing over time, especially during sex. She ended up taking them out and they are mostly forgotten now.

I would find it a turn off, just my opinion. I would think someone who did that would seem on the sleazy side. I also do not like tattoos, but everyone has their preferences.
