Ok if a guy starts off by saying what are you wearing and then he tells you what he would do with or to you if he were there and asks you what you would do to him and what you want him to do to you! Does this mean he likes you or is he just horny and using you?
He probably wants to test you on the phone for now, and then he might eventually try to get you in bed. If he wants to know you as a person, he'll ask about things that aren't related to sex.
yeah he's probably just horny. There may be underlying feelings there but I wouldn't bank too much on that because there's not enough info and he would probably tell you if there were (before the "phone sex" hopefully). I personally am a rather shy guy and wouldn't think of doing that even with my girlfriend, but I know guys that would think it's kinda hot and do it with all their female contacts every time they had an itch in their gonads.

I'd still be careful here. Simply put, many guys are programmed to seek sex first and then a relationship. I'd say wait a bit and test out the waters first before you make any real step toward commitment. - 7 months ago
