Well if you've had the semen in your mouth before then more than of course like you said you already know it's kind of salty tasting, personally I've been swallowing because I've been with my boyfriend for a long time and just started off that way with him. But. Of course you could have two or three things you could try. First you could try to slowly get used to it, like if he cums kind of on your face and you just happen to swallow a little bit until you don't gag at the taste, or if your giving oral and he cums almost straight back into your throat and not on your tongue you almost avoid the taste all together. Third you could try using flavored lubes, or gels that numb the back of your throat, either way with these it helps get rid of the bad taste to allow you to swallow easier.
