I had a great time with my boyfriend. We hung out and went to the movies. We start making out and gradually have sex. All of a sudden while were in the moment. He says AWE! Amanda. That's not my name. I told him to leave and I have not spoken to him at all in spite of his calls. What should I do? I don't trust him anymore we have been together for over a year. All of that should be out of his system. How could he even explain that kind of accident?
I'm sure he's embarrassed about what he said. At least talk to him, don't just shut him out. If it was the other way around, you wouldn't want him to just stop talking to you.
Well you could apologize and tell him your sorry you asked him to leave. It was very rude to just tell him to go without explaining why and getting his side of this, or you could just leave well enough alone.

Does it mean anything? Don't know. Is this an excuse for him? No. Do I understand that you feel hurt? Hell yeah. Should you give him a second chance? If he apologized and you feel he was perhaps Mr. Right, hell yes, why ruin a good thing. Assuming he was otherwise okay.
I actually did this once I called my boyfriend by my ex (their names sound nothing alike) he really didn't get mad but he still rubs it on my face once in a wile and we look at it as a joke. It might not be a big deal, I mean I did it with out thinking, it might of been an oopsy
Yeah I've had that happen before. The girl who's name he called me was his first ever real girlfriend and our names are similar, although she screwed him over harshly he still thinks about her even 15 years later. It's not fair but it's true. I didn't break things off with him over that, but I sure as hell stopped him in mid action and asked him WHAT? He said he was sorry and that it had just slipped out. I assured him if that was who he wanted to be having sex with, he should get out there and track her down.
