If you were a virgin, and never had sex, bleeding is definitely normal.
After the first time you had it, the question would be, how many days after the first act did you wait for the 2nd and third time? Depending on this, and also, depending on how far you went after the first time, bleeding could be normal, and these are reasons why: The first time you had sex, it was most likely painful, and you didn't relax fully; thus, your partner's penis, didn't fully penetrate. It could also well be that the 2nd time, you were still sore, so you might have gone slowly at it. By the third time, you were not as sore, and maybe your boyfriend went deeper or he rhythmically moved harder, which could have further "broken you in. "
Also, how many days after the 2nd time did you have sex? Every girl is different, and I used to work in the ER, and we got these bleeding cases a couple of times or so. We have seen couples that came in cause the woman was still bleeding a month after, but tests turned out to be normal, and it had to do with the frequency of the sex (had sex the first time, and she was so sore that she waited a week or more for the 2nd time, which by then she was still sore so the penetration wasn't as full, etc), and how relaxed she was when all this happened, how lubricated she was, etc.
Many girls are very anxious about the first time, so they don't get as wet, and could make it more painful for the woman.
The only times you would be concerned for bleeding, if its you're having severe abdominal pains, and the bleeding continues well after you have had sex. So let's say you had sex at 9pm, and by the next evening you're still bleeding somewhat profusely, and by that I mean that is not stopping. Many times this happens because you could have endometrities or uterine polyps, or fibroid tumors, but again, the bleeding that happens is a bit more profuse than the bleeding that happens after sex for the first time. Also, the question is, the last time you bled, was it just after the sex, or did the bleeding continue the next day, and it wouldn't stop? If the bleeding happened after the sex, and then you had a some small amount the next day, or spotting as they call it, and the it stopped, this is still normal. Hope that helps some.
