For me it has to be the arms, nice big muscle arms. I really don't mind if a guy doesn't have well defined pecks or a bit of a beer belly but I don't like skinny arms on a guy. Their just not hot! So girls what turns you on?
And guys is it harder to get really muscle arms or a six pack/ pecks?
Both were pretty easy for me. Well depends on what you call big arms. My biceps are like 16 inches I think. Does that count as big lol. That just took some time in the gym. The six pack kinda just came because I do so much cardio when I ride my bike.
Well I'm a skinny guy and its still extremely hard to get a six pack, I have one but its not cut like I want it to be. Regardless of who you are its harder to get one because you have to watch your diet, if you want big arms you can eat whatever because muscle just needs food, but if you want a six pack, no carbs at night, cardio, abs, whole grains, six meals a day, get added on to what you do for gaining muscle. Its hard as hell not to eat all the crap haha but I'm two days out from mexico so its cool
Its actually very easy to get a sixpack, and there is one workout that will do it for you. I'm a skinny guy and I always got pissed when people said that it was easy for us to get one, but then I realized my mistake. you really have to nearly kill yourself for like 2 weeks and then itll show. the workout is a deck of cards. each suit is a different exercise: pushups, skullers, uppies, and side crunches. trust me it works. - A month ago
Yes, it is difficult to keep a well defined six pack as the body fat percentage has to be quite low. As for arms, it isn't difficult but does take work and some men are just not genetically predispositioned to be very muscular.
I'm in real estate now, but I was and am still certified as personal trainer. Whether it's hard or not depends on the person's genetics, dedication, and the resources he's willing to put to build those muscles. For those who are not ectomorphs, meaning those who don't have low body fat by nature, it takes about 3-4 months with good diet and exercise to get really lean, although you start seeing results after about a week or two.
As far as gaining the muscle, the ectomorphs have tougher time and require a lot more time and effort to get more muscle. The rest of the population, mesomorphs and endomorphs, have it easier to gain muscle. It takes about 8-12 weeks to sculpt a body, not being the most muscular dude in town, but enough time to get in good enough shape. And most importantly, it's a lifestyle - not just a quick fix or one time deal.
I like a nice chest. I don't need a 6 pack but I want a defined chest that I can rub my hands all over. I also like nice fit arms. Nothing too "big" though.
Well, for me it's typically a guy's eyes and hair that initially attract me, and not his body. But I'm an arm girl too! I just like the idea of strong, muscular arms holding me. It's certainly not a deal-maker or deal-breaker, but they're nice. :)
I had two orgasms, and, afterwards I felt really light headed, kinda dizzy, and at first a ton of energy, and now I feel exhausted. Is this normal?...
