Sex in whatever way takes away virginity. Virginity is not a physical thing but an unseen thing like an emotion. The breaking of the hymen is just a generalized and considered sign of virginity broken, because that is normally where the penis goes. But any sexual activity between two people doing it with each other is sex and automatically destroys virginity. What is the point of having anal sex instead of in the vagina? Just because the hymen symbolizes virginity doesn't make it virginity. That is just sentimental nonsense.

I was never in that situation, but I would be excited that even though she values her virginity she's willing to please me. So I don't think he'll take it badly, although it's not going to want him to stop wanting to penetrate you vaginally.
