Okay so I'm just really curious to be honest. I've never faked an orgasm and was wondering how you would. I don't know how I could bring myself to imitate an orgasm.
I really don't recommend faking one. It's better to teach your guy to stimulate you to orgasm, instead of having him fumble around and you faking it. Having it be real is better for both of you.
Faking sucks moldy potatoes with bugs. Don't ever make a habit out if it or else you will never reach sexual satisfaction. Women must be into sex and have a mindset of pleasure, focus on the sex at hand and not on anything else or you will never orgasm no matter what the man does. Oral sex is probably the once exception but women can fake this also.
I don't see any reason why faking an orgasm. It is not honest, it is not about trust. Isn't it like you would talk to him about your shoppings and he would understand you are talking about a movie. Sex can also be a way of communication. One about making each other happy and feel good, one to feel as close as possible. if you say you had about 18 times sex but never an orgasm. I don't think it is related to the position and also not to the g-spot. There are many woman out there that don't get a orgasm from only beeing penetrated. Has your guy ever tried to also stimulate your clit while you are having sex together, maybe with his hand? Actually my sentence with the position is not 100% correct. Try one, where he gets one hand free at least, were you both lie very comfortable and he can also stimulate your clit with his tender fingers.
Why would you ever want to fake an orgasm? That's what I don't get about girls. Be straight up with the guy. No guy has ever wanted a girl to fake it. If we aren't doing something right, then we want to know. We don't want to be clueless idiots, even though we usually are. But we want to be taught and helped. I'd rather a girl tell me something that hurts me or that I don't like, but is the truth, then to tell me something she thinks I want to hear, but is a lie.

No offense but any guy worth his salt should be able to tell when a girl fakes an orgasm. There are quite a few physical characteristics that most women undergo such as the clit hiding/moving under the hood but the easiest is the contractions she experiences and regardless of whether you are stimulating her with your mouth, fingers or intercourse, you can feel the contractions.
