I don't need a specific conversation. I like to cuddle for a couple minutes and just soak in all the feelings and then go about whatever we were doing. But we've been together for years so I'm sorry if this isn't helpful. When we were still new to each other I don't remember just talk about anything or nothing. As long as it's not awkward.

If you can't think of what to say after sex, then you are with the WRONG person!

If you are with the wrong person, but you still need something to say. Just say:
"That was nice"
"that was an unexpected surprise, thank you"
"that was great", etc.

Don't say:
"how about them bears"
"Did you catch the Chargers game yesterday, it was awesome" (and then proceed to tell her how awesome it was)
"So, do you usually wash your sheets after sex? Do you want to wash mine?"
"I usually last longer"

Compliment her and tell her how much you like/love her, how much fun you had with her, etc. Boost her confidence level so she feels sexy and cherished by you, then you can talk about deep subjects if they come up.

She just likes the conversation, no matter what it's about . Talk about your futures, or about a vacation you always wanted to take, or anything relaxing and light .

Keep it light, and she'll like whatever it might be .

Haha I find this to be a lil' funny. Usually so because after I have sex with my girl, we just talk about where to go (we have sex from morning till the afternoon, then talk about where to head off to so we can kill more time). But there have been times where complimenting can do wonders. Just last Friday, she complimented me on how I gave her a multiple orgasm, how she enjoyed it, etc. I replied by saying, "it wouldn't of been possible without you ya know. " 2 minutes later we got into it again.

My advice, don't wonder/worry about what to talk about, just talk about whatever you want, be it food, news, whatever. As long as both of you have fun before intimacy, during intimacy, after intimacy, then it's all good bro.

Just talk to her, ask her questions. Make it clear and genuine that you care more about her than just for a piece of booty. Romantic hugs and cuddling works quite well during and after sex. Let her do the talking. But asking is good. Tell her with all honesty how much you like being with her.
