I think as many here have said - provided you don't plan on kids there is no problem. Its just between 2 consenting adults so if there is trust I would say its okay. Even planning kids is not completely out of the question. I used to run a website for consanguineous couples (same blood relations who have sex) and the risks of deformity are greatly exaggerated. Honestly, I see nothing wrong with it, as long as you don't tell your family and you use protection.
