While sleeping sounds like you are sneaking out. Its a one night stand so leave after the orgasm and before they fall asleep. Still show some tack though and don't just orgasm, grab your clothes and dress while running for the door. :)
Leaving after orgasm might be a little tacky. Leaving while they are sleeping or while they are in the shower is better than after orgasm. Or if you can help it, maybe in the morning.
