Hi, I met this girl at my work last night who I thought was at least 22 or 23 and was the hottest girl in arizona I have ever seen (thats saying something because a lot of arizona girls are hot as hell haha), turns out when we hung out she said she was 17 and I was like WTF this isn't fair haha. She said I was cute and gave me her number and we hung out a little bit last night.
Problem is she wants to fool around with me tonight and I'm worried about statutory rape and everything. What can I legally do with her? Anything but anal/vaginal intercourse, right?
Your help would be greatly appreciated seeing as I am going to see her tonight, also if anyone has links to specific statutory rape laws and anything that might help my situation.

The laws goes as this, (and many people do not realize this), if your under 21 and she is 17 or older its fair game. The problem poses when the man in question is 21 or older and the younger person, below 18. So, have fun! Check the websites that I posted if you want verification that your in safe territory!
In the eyes of the law, minors below the age of consent are not deemed capable of consenting to sex so even though she may say yes he can still be charged with *statutory* rape.
While this is a lesser crime than forcible rape, it is still possible to be prosecuted for it, possibly resulting in being permanently labelled as a sex offender.
To the OP - think long and hard about whether it's worth risking the stigma of being listed in the Megan's law databases for the sake of waiting a few months - 6 months ago
Well, first that depends on your age too. If your under 21, the legal age for the girl is 17. If your older than 21, she has to be 18, no ifs, ands, or buts and that means no sex at all, in any form. But that's only according to the law. I'm sure that your not gonna have an issue because she clearly expresses consent. I would be as lame to suggest a consent contract, lol, but by law she isn't even able to sign a legal document. But having it couldn't hurt.
I can't think of any parents that would willingly allow their daughters to get laid. If you want the safest suggestion,here it is:

I feel wrong telling you not to have sex but the law "thinks its best" but sex is a normal thing and very pleasurable so just don't get caught or take her out of the state every time you want to do something lol well I really don't know but the best of luck to you and think outside the box
Legally you can't have skin-on-skin sexual contact, meaning that she can't have her mouth or vagina on your penis. And, you can't have your mouth or penis on her vagina.
Just be careful until she is 18, and then you are out of the woods. ;-)
They had a show on statutory rape and you can be locked up for some major jail time. Don't do anything with her its not worth it having a chance of becoming one of the many child predators online even though your not but not by law your not.
