The shower advice is good. He could even go down on you in the shower if that gets you going... but the water doesn't really let you say wet so it takes a little more energy.

First off, you should only do what you're comfortable with when it comes to sex. That being said, if you're worried about smell and taste, just take a shower and make sure you haven't urinated at least 30 min before he goes down on you. That should take care of those 2 problems.
